Starting prices, hourly rate
Pricing
Our experienced lawyers will assess your situation and provide an estimated price for your case.
Principally, the price comprises an hourly rate.
In some cases, it is possible to negotiate a flatrate on a case-by-case basis.
- Our starting prices for private individuals are 189 euros per hour depending on the subjectmatter and scope of the case.
- Our starting prices for companies are 285 euros per hour depending on the subject matter andscope of the case.
- All prices include VAT. Possible official fees and reimbursements are billed from the client.

Legal expenses insurance
Home insurance usually includes an insurance for legal expenses.
- Usually it covers the expenses for the most part.Companies’ legal expenses insurance also usually covers legal expenses and lawyers’ fees.
- The excess share payable by the client ranges from 10 to 20%.We always check the coverage of your insurance on your behalf.
Legal Aid
Depending on your financial circumstances and your case, you may also be eligible for state-funded legal aid.
- If you are entitled to legal aid, the state will cover your legal fees partially or in full.
At Kaspian Law & Consulting Oy, we will always check your right to legal aid and fill the application on your behalf.
